这是早上在Jalan Song发生的抢劫案，最后靠大家齐心协力将歹徒制服。这个影片是在追拿歹徒时拍下来的。
根据有经验的执法人员说，若逮捕到匪徒，我们可以用合理的方式来制裁，之后交给警方去处理。我们不可以越权及滥用力量，罔顾法律，暴力对付及虐打歹徒。
这种看了都会触目惊心的画面，有人讲，他们这样打人，是不是面对身边犯错的人，也会这样打？
When making an arrest of a criminal, we can apply reasonable force to effect an arrest. But after which we should call the police to deal with the criminal. Never abuse the force by torturing the arrested person. Remember we need to limit the force, as required by the law.
