砂州议会会议今天起召开了，为期8天。今天的重头戏是首长阿邦佐提呈的2020年州财政预算案。
主题为“加速全民福利的發展”的2020年砂拉越财政预算案，计算收入和支出后，预算案还会有3亿7300万令吉盈余，财务状况良好。

明年财案的重点包括：
1）砂政府已发出纳税通知书给国油，要求其偿还石油产品销售税。
2）2020年砂拉越财政预算案的总预算为98亿9100万令吉。其中65亿9700万令吉为发展开销，32亿9400万令吉为行政开销。
3）砂拉越的产妇明年可获450令吉坐月子津贴。
4）砂拉越政府将为城市地区学生提供校车服务。
5）砂政府将在明年推出食水免费计划，无论城市或乡区，每月首5令吉的水费免费。
6）豁免电供接驳费或给予补贴。
7）拨出3000万令吉推行微型贷款计划，以提供给砂拉越的企业者作为企业资助。
8）拨出3000万令吉协助砂大学毕业生偿还PTPTN（国家高等教育基金贷款）。
Sarawak Budget 2020:
Estimated revenues RM10.06 billion
Budgeted expenditure RM9.694 billion
Expected Surplus RM370 million
Operating Expenditure: RM3.294 billion (33%)
Development Expenditure:
RM6.597 billion (67%)
RM90 million to set up Sarawak Coastal Guard.
RM18 million for Mothercare aid for mothers with new born babies.
Free school buses with hop on and off model in Kuching as pilot program.
Targeting 100% coverage of water and electricity by year 2025. Next year RM3.47 billion set aside for above.
RM30 million for Sarawak Micro Scheme to help B40’s small and macro business ventures.
Setting up 5 international schools in Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu and Miri for b40 and M40.
RM30 million to help Sarawakian graduates for PTPTN loans.
PETROS given licenses to venture into oil upstream projects – first ever in Sarawak history that a Sarawak oil company to have that licence.
